About Luxbnb

Hospitality judged from both sides of the door.

Luxbnb was built around a simple standard: owners deserve clear accountability and thoughtful property care; guests deserve a stay that delivers on what was promised.

Founder perspective

Built from experience as a traveler, real estate professional, and owner.

Joshua Brown’s path into luxury hospitality was shaped by noticing the gap between what a stay promises online and how it is actually delivered. His work in global travel, Miami real estate, and short-term rentals became the foundation for a more accountable management model.

Since 2015, that standard has guided Luxbnb: present each property intentionally, run the operation with discipline, communicate directly, and protect the relationship between property performance and guest experience.

The people behind the operation

Local attention, with clear ownership at every step.

A boutique portfolio works because responsibility is visible—from strategy and guest communication to the final readiness check.

One operating standard Management, guest experience, and property care stay connected instead of being passed between disconnected vendors.
