This notice explains how LUX BNB MANAGEMENT LLC handles personal information when you browse this website, inquire about a stay or use our direct booking checkout. Contact us at joshua@myluxbnb.com.
Information used for your stay
Booking and inquiry information may include your name, email, telephone number, travel dates, guest count, selected property, requests, correspondence, reservation references, agreed terms and payment status. Website and hosting systems also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and security logs.
Payments and identity documents
Card details are entered in payment fields hosted by GuestyPay. Our custom WordPress checkout does not collect your full card number or card security code in its own form fields. Guesty and its payment service providers process payment information; we receive the references and status needed to administer the booking. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.
If identity verification or a signed rental agreement is required before arrival, the check-in service may request identification and an electronic signature. Use the secure check-in link provided for your reservation. Do not email identity documents unless we have arranged an appropriate secure process with you.
Why information is processed
We use information to respond to inquiries, check availability, process and manage reservations and payments, provide arrival instructions and guest support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet accounting and legal obligations. Accepting booking terms does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and disclosures
We use WordPress and our hosting provider, Guesty, GuestyPay and their relevant service providers to operate the website, manage reservations, process payments and deliver booking communications. Information may also be shared with property staff or owners where necessary to provide your stay, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their own notices also apply to services they operate independently.
Cookies and browser storage
The booking service uses a secure session cookie, lx_booking_session, and browser session storage to associate a quote or booking attempt with your browser and protect checkout requests. The booking session is designed to expire after approximately two hours. WordPress uses additional cookies for signed-in administrators. Embedded third-party services may use their own cookies or storage. Browser settings can restrict these technologies, but doing so may prevent checkout from working.
Retention and security
Booking, payment-reference and correspondence records are retained as needed for reservation management, support, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests and choices
Contact joshua@myluxbnb.com with questions or requests to access, correct or delete personal information. Rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on the law that applies to you. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and may retain records required for legal, accounting or security purposes. If you receive optional marketing, use its unsubscribe mechanism or contact us.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as our services change. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
