1 Hotel South Beach
Mandatory resort fee: $95 per day, payable in person at the property when you arrive. The property collects this fee separately from your online booking payment; it is not an additional online charge. The full cost of your stay must show this required fee alongside the amount payable online, with a clear split between pay now and pay at arrival. Your refundable incidental/security deposit and optional valet parking are separate items described below.
Incidental/security deposit: $200 per night, paid to the front desk at check-in. This is separate from the rental price. A card hold or deposit may reduce your available funds. The front desk must explain its collection, release and any permitted deductions; contact us before booking if you need those details.
Valet parking: $60 per day, with unlimited use. Guesty’s property description states complimentary valet for stays of 30 days or more. Confirm eligibility for your particular reservation before relying on that benefit. Do not assume a parking service is included in a shorter stay.
The configured cleaning fee is $350 per stay (verified in the current Guesty quote). Where included in your accepted booking quote, it is not an additional charge to pay again at arrival. Hotel or building registration requirements and the applicable rental agreement must be supplied before booking; privately managed residence terms may differ from hotel-room terms.
Other Luxbnb properties
The cleaning fees configured in Guesty are Bali Villa Miami: $300, Morningside Bungalow: $250, Miami Treehouse: $125, Gated Garden Studio: $99 and ATX Villa: $300, per stay. The accepted quote determines the charge for your dates and party. A cleaning charge already paid as part of that quote must not be collected again at arrival.
Bali Villa Miami has an additional-guest setting of $35 per extra guest per night starting with the sixth guest; ATX Villa has $25 per extra guest per night starting with the tenth guest. Use the correct party size when requesting a quote so the applicable charge can be included. Guest counts remain subject to the property’s occupancy limit.
Optional requests and property charges
Early check-in, late checkout, pets and other optional services are subject to availability, approval and the specific charge disclosed for your reservation. They are not confirmed simply because you mention them in a request. Account-level fee settings do not mean every fee applies to every booking; use your accepted itemized quote and written property instructions.
Before authorizing payment, review all mandatory charges, applicable taxes, optional selections and any separate deposit. If the information shown on a property page, in a quote or in an arrival message conflicts, contact us for a written correction before booking. A general reference to house rules does not authorize an undisclosed mandatory fee.
Before check-in
Complete any required secure rental agreement and check-in form. Confirm your scheduled arrival time and guest count, and keep the booking reference available. Use the secure Guesty check-in link for identification when required. Do not send full payment-card details or access codes through public forms.
