Joshua didn’t take a traditional path into luxury hospitality. He lived it. After years working as a professional model in Milan and abroad, he experienced short-term stays from the guest side firsthand, quickly noticing what was missing. Inconsistent service. Lack of accountability. Experiences that failed to match the promise of luxury travel. That disconnect sparked the idea behind Luxbnb.
Rooted in South Florida’s luxury real estate market, Joshua combined his background in high-end property, global travel, and design-driven living to create a hospitality brand that prioritizes both performance and experience. What began as managing his own short-term rentals evolved into Luxbnb, a boutique management company focused on elevating properties, maximizing returns, and delivering curated stays that feel intentional, stylish, and seamless.
