Joshua didn’t take a traditional path into luxury hospitality — he lived it. After years working as a professional model in Milan and abroad, he experienced short-term stays from the guest side firsthand, and quickly noticed what was missing: inconsistent service, a lack of accountability, and experiences that failed to match the promise of luxury travel. That disconnect sparked the idea behind Luxbnb.
Today, Joshua is a licensed Florida real estate broker and Miami real estate professional. He built Luxbnb into Miami’s leading luxury short-term rental management company, applying the same standard of excellence he once wished existed as a guest — to every property Luxbnb manages.
Rooted in South Florida’s luxury real estate market, Joshua combined his background in high-end property, global travel, and design-driven living to build a hospitality brand that prioritizes both performance and experience. What began as managing his own short-term rentals evolved into Luxbnb, a boutique Miami property management company focused on elevating properties, maximizing returns, and delivering curated stays that feel intentional, stylish, and seamless.
